Head of Sales and Business Development
We are seeking an experienced, full time Sales and Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead the development of all our revenue streams and services to our members and partners. This includes existing commercial activities such as advertising in publications and other media, training courses, events and jobs site. The attainment of sponsorship for our activities is an essential part of this role as is the promotion of individual and corporate membership of the Institution and services to academia.
You will draw upon the expertise within our executive team and volunteer specialists to develop our business development strategy and build value propositions for CIWEM’s services tailored to the needs of our members, partners and other clients.
Whilst upholding the requirements of CIWEM’s Royal Charter your primary aim will be to generate income that can be used to further our aim and mission and build lasting business relationships.
Key to this role is:
Proficient at setting goals and meeting targets. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
